The portal consists of several parts: a B2B Marketplace for purchasing by major retailers and supply communications, and a PR Portal for communicating with journalists and bloggers, giving them codes for games to review, and collecting these reviews.

Participated in the company's transition from UI kit to atomic design then to a full-fledged design system. Conducted customer development, user interviews, surveys. Worked with metrics and conversions. Managed to increase the core conversion rate by 13%. Managed to achieve "perfect" iteration of "Time to market" in Scrum framework - 1 week sprint, including design iterations, development, testing for all devices and resolutions. Conducted a major redesign of the platform using the Design Sprint methodology.
